The owner, Shane Coughlan, was a police officer for twenty three years with ten of those in the Forensic Identification Section of the Saanich Police department in British Columbia, Canada. He has obtained a bachelor of science degree in forensic identification from Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada. This combination of education and experience is essential for consulting on your forensic needs. Shane believes in providing accurate and complete answers to the questions you may have and has the qualifications to present those answers in court.
